Deeper and more vivid. This is Fukui Ryo's first and only solo piano album, including the classic "Nord," born during his journey north. This is his

Ryo Fukui's third album. 17 years since "Mellow Dream," this is his first and only solo piano work. Fans will be delighted with the selection, which includes not only Fukui's signature songs like "Scenery" and "Mellow Dream," but also "Voyage" and "Nord," written during his journey north, and "Nobody's," which exudes his reverence for his mentor, Barry Harris. The album beautifully combines the profound depth of his bop pianist skills, acquired through his training, with the deep "Hokkaido sensibility" that Fukui has always possessed. This is a masterpiece that deserves to be listened to for generations to come.
