Cartridge Thunder Rewards (CT Points)

We appreciate you shopping with Cartridge Thunder. As a thank you, we credit your customer account with Rewards Points (CT Points) after each of your purchases. You can redeem points from a previous purchase when you place a new order. You save the same amount from your purchase as the amount of points you redeem.

How to Earn Points

After joining the CT Rewards Program, you automatically earn points after each order is placed. Points are earned when your order has been marked as paid. Reward points are canceled when your order is refunded, voided, or partially refunded. You can earn points online or in-store. 

• 100 points = $1 (USD)
• You earn 3 points for every $1 spent.
• You earn 200 points on your birthday.
• You earn 50 points when you follow Cartridge Thunder on Instagram (one time)
• You earn 50 points when you follow Cartridge Thunder on Twitter (one time)
• You earn 50 points when you like Cartridge Thunder on Facebook (one time)

It's not possible to earn points for the portion of the total price of the product paid for by redeeming points. (e.g. If you redeem 1000 points ($10) to an order with a subtotal of $40, you will receive 90 points. ($40 - $10 = $30 x 3 = 90 points)

Need-to-knows

• Reward points cannot be redeemed or exchanged for currency and are not retroactive.
• Reward points can expire at any time, at the store's discretion.
• Reward points are non-transferable. 
• If points have expired, lost, lost, or otherwise unusable for any reason, we are not able to give them back for any reason.
• The CT Rewards Program officially launched on February 18th, 2025. Rewards are not retroactive and do not apply to purchases made prior to this date.
• Reward points cannot be redeemed on existing orders (i.e. for a partial refund).
• Shipping costs, discounts, and tax are not included in the points program. You can not earn points from shipping costs and it is not inclusive of discounts. For example, if your order subtotal is $36 and your shipping costs are $9.35, you will earn points on $36 only.
• B2B, wholesale orders are not eligible for the CT Rewards Program.
• In order to be fair to all customers who preordered the Ape Escape box set, the product is currently ineligible for points. You can spend points to purchase the product, but cannot earn points on its purchase.

*Rewards Pilot Program

CT is new to rewards programs and we are undecided whether or not this will work for our business. If rewards are not a good fit for our business, we may decide to shutter the program. At such a time, we will give ample notice so that customers can spend their rewards points before the program ends.
