Rie Murakami: Sahara (Orange Vinyl)

Rie Murakami’s “SAHARA,” which has been receiving significant renewed acclaim overseas, is set for a reissue on clear orange vinyl! In recent years, this album has come to be appreciated not only for its city pop elements but also from the perspectives of new wave and fusion. Produced by Masanori Sasaji, this album features members of the band Mariah, including Takayuki Hijikata, as well as many of Japan’s top virtuoso musicians, such as Kosuke Mine and Jun Aoyama.
