The legendary group King Giddrah, comprised of K Dub Shine, Zeebra, and DJ Oasis, released their 1995 debut album, The Power of the Sky, followed in 1996 by their EP, Shadow. To celebrate the 30th anniversary of their release, the long-awaited limited edition EP, Shadow, is now available on vinyl for the first time!

King Giddra, the legendary group comprised of K Dub Shine, Zeebra, and DJ Oasis, has had a profound influence not only on the Japanese hip-hop scene but on the wider music scene as a whole. Their debut album, "The Power of the Sky," released in 1995, had a major impact on the scene with its rhyming, flow, track-making, philosophy, and attitude, completely overturning the concept of hip-hop in Japanese at the time. It is now remembered as a masterpiece that transcends genres and will remain in the history of Japanese music. The 30th anniversary of the album's release, "The Power of the Sky: 30th Anniversary Edition," will be released on vinyl, cassette tape, and digitally at the end of 2025, generating significant buzz.

The EP "Shadow," released by King Ghidorah on April 25, 1996, the year after "Power from the Sky," features remix versions of three tracks from "Power from the Sky," as well as two new tracks: "Hellscape (AOZ's Perspective)," produced by Zeebra, and "Crime Scene Saw by a Key Witness," featuring TAK The Rhymehead, who also participated in "Power from the Sky." While previously released as a 12-inch single, the EP "Shadow" has never been released on vinyl, and to celebrate the 30th anniversary of its release in 2026, it's finally being released on vinyl! Many heads will be thrilled to see this release with such impressive artwork!
